| All SeeWhy Learning
online study tools have been created using Flash interactive
technology and work fine on any Flash enabled computer or device.
Apple's 'i' platform hand held devices do not support Flash
technology. We have been receiving
a few inquiries from iPad® users about SeeWhy Learning online
courses not working on the iPad®. This is not due to a fault in
SeeWhy programming but in Apple's decision not to support Flash
technology for their "i" platform hand-held devices (iPad®, iPod®, iPhone®).
Apple has preferred to use HTML5 technology and that technology is
not yet suitable for online interactive learning courses.
That said, we have heard of users
installing an App that is available to enable Flash on their iPad2®
(not iPad1®). This App is called iSwifter® and is not supported
or endorsed by SeeWhy Learning, but is available from the iTunes App
store for free trial or minimal cost purchase. We have
provided 3rd party links below to the App and also a video about
installing/using iSwifter®.

One student user has reported that you do need to purchase an
additional "level" of iSwifter to make it work (approx. $5).
Note that not only will this help you
use the SeeWhy study tools, but it will enrich your Internet
experience using the iPad®.
Please note, we do not endorse this
3rd party application
and do not provide support for it. |
