Our study materials are learning
aids that will significantly speed up your learning and drastically
increase your chances of success on the exam(s). To write the exam,
you must first enroll in the actual course and book your exam(s) on
the course provider's website. You will find course pricing and
available exam dates and locations there. Note that the providers
generally need 15 business days notice to book your exam.
However, if you are simply interested in learning about the industry
for your own personal knowledge, or you want to get a feel for the
course before paying for enrolment in the actual course, then you

How quickly will I

How can you guarantee
that I will pass? |

to us because they want to pass their exam, and if they don’t, we feel
that we haven’t done our job as a training company and we shouldn’t be
paid. In the unlikely event that you are unsuccessful on your exam,
we will refund your money. It’s that simple. Our guarantee works
much like the warranty on your car. When you buy a brand new car, the
dealer can’t “guarantee” that it will not break down, but while it is
covered under warranty, if it does break down you will not have to pay
to get it fixed. Here at SeeWhy Financial Learning, we cannot
guarantee that you will pass; what we guarantee is that “If you don’t
pass, You don’t pay! Period”. Why would we offer the guarantee if
weren’t almost positive that you will pass? |

What happens if I
fail my exam and request a refund? |
| While we certainly
believe that you will pass your exam, in the event that you are
unsuccessful we stand by our guarantee. Simply send us a copy of your
transcript within 5 business days of receiving your mark and return
your study guide - if applicable. We will provide a full refund of
your money (less shipping costs of $10), and your End User License
Agreement will be terminated. |

If I have questions as I
am studying your materials, what other options are available to me? |
| Our “If you don’t
pass, You don’t pay” motto means our success is aligned with yours.
If you don’t pass, we don’t get paid. For this reason, we encourage
students to email us with any questions they encounter throughout
their studies, and we will respond within 24 hours (but generally
within a few minutes). This service is provided to our clients free
of charge. We also offer one-on-one telephone tutoring with our study
coaches at a very reasonable cost. |

Do you offer classroom
sessions? |

classroom sessions for corporate clients or groups of 10 students or
more within the GTA. We understand that many students learn better in
a classroom environment. For this reason, our study notes read very
much like we teach. They are informal, use everyday language, memory
aids and analogies, and give you insight as to what is most important
for the exam. All of this makes the learning quicker and easier. |

Once I have passed
an approved LLQP course, how do I enrol in the actual provincial
licensing exam? |
|
Durham College Business & Industry
Development Services was awarded the contract by the Financial
Services Commission of Ontario to act as National Administrator for
Canada and Local Examiner for Ontario of the Life License
Qualification Program Provincial Examinations. These examinations
are as follows: Full Life, Restricted A, Residual B and Accident and
Sickness. The contract is the property and responsibility of the
Financial Services Commission of Ontario.
Durham College has been selected as the
Provincial examination administrator for the LLQP. The LLQP provincial examination is
only available for applicants who have successfully completed the
certification course and successful completion of the certification
exam.
All inquiries regarding locations, times and examination details should be
directed to the
Durham College.
To register to write the LLQP
provincial licensing exam, it is necessary to contact Durham College
to reserve a time and place. Do so by filling out the
registration request form and submit online if paying by
credit card only. You may fax your registration request to
Durham College (1) 905-721-3345, or call 800-816-3615 to register by
phone. This registration is required seven (7) business days prior
to the LLQP provincial exam date.
